As a strategic expansion of Indivizo's talent acquisition platform capabilities, we were commissioned to develop a sophisticated yet intuitive video conferencing solution tailored specifically for recruitment contexts. Our mandate encompassed the design and implementation of a completely new, browser-based video conferencing application with enterprise-grade performance and security features. A critical aspect of the project was seamlessly integrating this new functionality with Indivizo's existing recruitment ecosystem, enabling their clients to leverage rich video interaction data to make more informed hiring decisions and enhance candidate assessment processes.
For this strategic initiative, we implemented comprehensive integration of Daily.co's enterprise video API capabilities within a greenfield development approach, allowing for optimal architectural decisions without legacy constraints. The technical complexity of the engagement was significantly amplified by the requirement to engineer seamless integration between the newly developed video conferencing microservice and Indivizo's existing production environment without disrupting ongoing operations. Leveraging a cutting-edge technology stack including Go for backend services, React with TypeScript for the frontend, and a hybrid cloud infrastructure utilizing both Azure and AWS services, we delivered a highly scalable, fault-tolerant solution capable of supporting thousands of concurrent video sessions with enterprise-grade security and reliability.
As the culmination of our development efforts, we delivered a sophisticated, enterprise-grade video conferencing application that seamlessly integrates with Indivizo's comprehensive talent acquisition platform. The solution provides a frictionless user experience while capturing valuable behavioral and communication data during candidate interviews. This enhanced capability enables Indivizo's clients to conduct detailed analysis of candidate interactions, apply advanced metrics to the evaluation process, and leverage AI-assisted insights for more objective hiring decisions. The implementation significantly strengthens Indivizo's position as a pioneer in data-driven recruitment solutions and extends their competitive advantage in the HR technology marketplace.
