SmartAIChat is a comprehensive enterprise AI solution that automates communication and information processes for Hungarian SMEs with three specialized assistants. The goal of the platform is to create a secure, transparent, and efficient digital ecosystem through which companies can optimize their external and internal communications and knowledge management with AI assistants. Currently, two fully functional agents are available, and a third will join the platform in Q1 2026. SmartAIChat is an innovative solution that helps companies with their complete digital transformation while providing effective tools for automating external communication, internal knowledge management, and email communication.
We have developed a comprehensive corporate AI ecosystem consisting of three interdependent layers of business automation on our platform. During the initial phase of development, we prioritized accurately mapping corporate processes, such as external communication, internal knowledge management, and email automation, as well as defining functionality that meets the complex business requirements of SMEs. Currently, the external communication and internal knowledge management agents are fully functional. With the planned introduction of the email automation assistant in Q1 of 2026, the platform will become a complete enterprise AI solution.

Both are now available with full functionality. In Q1 of 2026, we will add an email automation assistant, completing the company's digital transformation with intelligent categorization, priority management, and response generation.
